how to book your trip with bamboo travel

Making a booking is easy and below we have outlined the six simple steps that lie between you and a great holiday.

(i) Tell us where you would like to go and what you would like to do. This information can be given over the phone, sent by e-mail or you can complete the enquiry form that we have put together, please click here to complete the form.

(ii) Once we have all the relevant information we will put together your bespoke itinerary and will forward it to you by e-mail or by post.

(iii) When you are happy with the itinerary we would ask you to read our booking conditions and then complete and sign our booking form (both the booking form and the booking conditions can be downloaded below) returning the booking form to us along with the agreed deposit, or full payment if the booking is within 10 weeks of departure.

(iv) On receiving your signed booking form, and the requisite payment, we will reserve your holiday and send you confirmation of your itinerary and a final invoice.

(v) Once you have received the final invoice we would ask that you pay the balance of your holiday cost, as shown on the final invoice, not later than 10 weeks prior to departure.

(vi) Your travel documents will then be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to your departure. If your booking is made within two weeks of departure, documents will be sent to you as soon as possible, or made available for collection, or sent by courier upon payment of a fee.

At Bamboo Travel we believe that your safety and enjoyment are of the utmost importance whilst you are on holiday. As a result we feel it is absolutely essential that you have travel insurance whenever you travel abroad. If you do not have your own insurance we recommend the travel insurance offered by insurance brokers Stuart Alexander who have a range of policies to suit all ages and requirements.
