A culinary adventure starting in Siem Reap, where you explore the temples of Angkor and learn about local cuisine with a cooking class at Sala Ruluos Khmer House. Fly south to the pepper farms of Kep, where you can sample the area's famous crab, before reaching Phnom Penh and a second lesson in the art of Cambodian cuisine. From Cambodia head into Vietnam and the Mekong Delta, to see one of the region's most frenetic floating markets. Enjoy local delicacies in Saigon before flying north to Hoi An for some time to relax and a cooking lesson at the Morning Glory Cooking School. Next stop is Hanoi, where you will be taken on an exciting street food tour. Leaving Vietnam, your final stop is in Bangkok, where you visit the famous floating market and learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine at one of the city's most prestigious cooking schools.
