Here you will have time to explore the historic towns of Skardu, Khaplu, and Shigar before travelling into the Hunza district via Gilgit. Your time in Hunza will be spent exploring the villages and glaciers nestled amidst some of the most dramatic topography of the Karakoram mountain range. You will then return overland to Islamabad following in the footsteps of the Mughal emperor Babur through the Kaghan Valley.
