NEW BOOKING CONDITIONS

In these uncertain times we know that many of you are keen to travel but may be worried about committing to a new booking. With this in mind, we have worked with our suppliers to provide new and more relaxed booking conditions to make the process as flexible as we can.

Deposit - to make a booking we will only ask for a deposit of £300 per person – unless your airline / cruise company requires a larger deposit to secure the booking (we will always negotiate to try and avoid this and will advise you of the exact deposit at the time of booking).

Consumer protection– once booked you will have consumer protection with us under our ATOL or ABTOT licences meaning the money spent on your holiday is fully protected at all times.

Balance payment – the balance of the holiday cost will be due six weeks (42 days) before departure, but up to that point you are free to postpone your trip, rebook to another destination or cancel without penalty*. This will provide complete flexibility with your holiday plans up until the 42 day mark in the event that your chosen destination is adversely affected by Covid-19.

*Subject to terms & conditions from your airline / cruise company.

Prior to departure – once the balance has been paid we will monitor the situation in your chosen destination to ensure that there are no issues and your trip is safe to depart. In the event that your destination becomes affected by Covid-19 again we will get in touch to advise you and discuss whether you would like to postpone the trip, or cancel your holiday and get a refund of all recoverable costs.
