From Palawan’s capital, Puerto Princesa City, you can see Honda Bay which consists of several islets with shallow reefs and fabulous beaches where small resort hotels serve up great beach holidays. The water of Honda Bay are teeming with tiny islands and it makes for a wonderful day's sightseeing to take an island hopping tour around the bay stopping off at one of the island's for a tropical lunch. Puerto Princesa itself is a bustling market town with a number of interesting features such as the prison and the crocodile farm. It is also just a few hours away from the famous underground river.
