What passport and visa do I need to visit Malaysian Borneo?

Passports
It is a requirement of the Malaysian Government that British visitors to Malaysian Borneo possess a valid 10 year passport and that the passport has at least six months validity left after your intended departure date. Please check that your passport complies with this decree well in advance of travel. If you do not have a British passport please contact the Malaysian Embassy to find out what regulations apply.

Visas for Malaysian Borneo
UK Nationals do not require visas for stays in Malaysian Borneo of up to three months. When you arrive into any airports in Sarawak or Sabah, you would have filled in all your details on the arrival & declaration card before proceeding through the immigration channels.

If you do not have a British passport please contact the Malaysian Embassy to find out what visa regulations apply.
