The Relais de Chhlong is a beautifully restored and expanded former French villa set on the banks of the Mekong, dating from 1916 when it was the provincial governor’s residence during the colonial era. The hotel is conveniently located for those exploring the east of Cambodia, being walking distance from the historic town of Chhlong, a short drive from Kratie and Kampi, and half way between Phnom Penh and the wilds of Mondulkiri.
