Maison Souvannaphoum

Once the residence of a Laotian Prince in the 1960s, Maison Souvannaphoum is a distinctive building with a French colonial style of architecture. The rooms and suites are furnished in a contemporary style with a few touches of saffron to add a sense of place. The 'La Residence' wing has three luxurious suites in the actual former home of the Prince, whilst the Garden and Veranda rooms have large balconies, providing great views of the surrounding mountains and the Mekong River. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old temple district, a great choice of restaurants and the night market. This is one of the few hotels in the old town that has a Spa and swimming pool.
