The Bush Camp by Elephant Hills is located in a tranquil setting on the Ping River, a 2-hour drive from the centre of Chiang Mai, and on the site of a working elephant sanctuary. The camp consists of 10 African style safari tents with en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, electricity and viewing decks with absorbing views. After your daytime adventures, there will be time to relax in the camp’s infinity pool that overlooks the river and surrounding mountains dotted with temples. In the evenings, dinners are served in the open-air restaurant, which offers both local and Western cuisine.
