Ferncliff was originally built in the mid 1800s and has been a family home ever since. It was fully renovated in 2012 and transformed into a boutique guest bungalow with all the modern trimmings, but nevertheless still retaining its great colonial charm. It has just 4 simple but comfortable en-suite bedrooms and is set in peaceful and tranquil gardens, but still finds itself in the centre of Nuwara Eliya an easy stroll into the main streets of the town. If the weather allows, breakfast is served outside in the morning sun and there is an expansive lawn which is ideal fora spot of croquet.
