Thai Cooking Class

The Cooking@home Thai Culinary School is nicely situated in a secluded part of Sankhampaeng village, amidst stunning rice field scenery, close to Chiang Mai. This morning you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the local farmers market by your culinary expert. Here you will learn how to recognise and select the fresh ingredients for the dishes you will be cooking today. Continue to the Cooking@home school where you will be taught how to prepare four different dishes for your lunch before sitting down and feasting on your creations. In the afternoon you will return to the kitchen and learn how to prepare two further dishes which will make for a very pleasant afternoon snack. The course finishes at approximately 3pm, when you will be taken back to your hotel for the rest of the day at leisure. This course is a shared activity with others keen to learn about the secrets of Thai cuisine.
