Visit a tea plantation

During your time at the Cameron, one must-do activity is to visit a tea plantation. The Highlands are peppered with a number of different tea plantations, all with scenic locations and fantastic views of the surrounding hills. You can watch the processing of black tea, and sample various kinds of the product in the tea house. Along the way take a closer look at the neatly trimmed tea crop and even try your hand at picking the leaves.

For a more familiar take on the tea grown here, many of the hotels in the area offer afternoon tea with tea & scones, which is a perfect way to relax after a day's sightseeing in the Highlands.
