Learn to make Kimchi

Korean cuisine is something of an unknown quantity, but if there's one thing people know about it's Kimchi - the famous (or infamous) Korean national dish! Kimchi is a traditional fermented dish made of vegatables (commonly Chinese cabbage) with hot pepper paste. The sour, spicy taste forms the basis of many Korean meals such as Kimchi stew, Kimchi pancakes, and Kimchi fried rice. During your time in Seoul we can arrange a hands-on course taking you through the preparation of Kimchi, and learning how to incorporate it into every day cooking.
