Dive into Busan's fish markets

Jagalchi market in Busan is arguably the most lively and interesting in the country. Think you know seafood? Prepare to be amazed at all manner of marine life, laid out in tanks and wet baskets, fiercely haggled over between locals and vendors. We recommend arriving at lunch or dinner time: stroll the market looking for an attractive meal, decide on a price (pointing and hand gestures will suffice!), and take your catch up to one of the restaurants which fill the upper floors of the market, where it will be sashimied and served. It doesn't get any fresher!
