Learn to surf in Siargao

Surfing is the key attraction in Siargao. The sparsely-populated island is thought to have the best surf in the country, and among the best in Asia. There are swells year-round, but the best waves come during the recognised season between October and April. The surf is accessible for beginners upwards, and there are areas on the island which will satisfy those with more experience. Alternatively, watch the action from the safety of a sun-lounger - perhaps accompanied by a good book and cool drink!
